This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Processing Time
- All orders are printed and processed on demand, which means we create your item specifically for you after you place an order.
- Processing Time: Orders typically take 3–7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipping.
- Please note that during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, we will ship it using a trusted courier. The estimated shipping times for UK customers are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 2 business days
Please allow extra time for delivery during busy periods or if you’re ordering from remote locations.
Shipping Rates
As a thank-you for trusting Simply Pastels during the launch phase, our first 1,700 customers get free shipping. The price below applies afterward.
- Standard Shipping: £4.20
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or by visiting the tracking page in your order confirmation email.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
For UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
At present we can send orders anywhere in the UK. For any requests outside this area, please contact us or email asksimplypastels@gmail.com for a quote. We'll email you to let you know when your order is dispatched, including the parcel tracking number so you can keep updated with its progress. If you have any queries once your order is placed, please contact us using the same email with your name and order number in the email header. This enables us to respond to you as quickly as possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items
While we strive to provide a smooth shipping experience, we understand that occasionally things may go wrong. If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery confirmation, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
