Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Simply Pastels. We take pride in the quality of our products and our customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help 😊

We offer refunds for products that meet the following criteria:
  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • The product is different from what you ordered.
  • The product has not been printed or shipped yet.
  • You request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.
We do not offer refunds for products that meet the following criteria:
  • The product has been customised or personalised.
  • The product has already been printed and shipped (Refund can only be processed after receiving the product). 
  • Damaged an item after receiving it.
  • Items were worn or washed.

To request a refund, please send an email to asksimplypastels@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and get back to you within the next steps in 7 days.

If your request is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you want a different size, colour, or design, you will need to request a refund for the original product and place a new order.
